76. The contractor may file a dispute over the value of a change, in writing, to the Chief Electoral Officer, within 15 days of the issuing of the change order pursuant to section 75. In such a case, the parties must pursue the negotiations in accordance with section79 or sections 80 to 82, as the case may be.
